The moment a home sells, I send the new owner a gift of your choice on behalf of your church. One option is a "to do list" board for their refrigerator that has a picture of their new home.
The “to do list” is an item that is designed to get the new mover’s attention, promote your church, and be useful. The 8 X 10 board is laminated, magnetic, designed with your church’s information, has a picture of the owner’s new home, and comes with a dry erase marker. You decide how to use the QR code. It can link to a welcome video message from your pastor, a video of your service, or your website. Along with the board, I include a “welcome to the neighborhood and congrats on your new house” letter from the church.

Everyone in the family walks by and opens the refrigerator multiple times each day.
For $14.95 each, which includes postage, I will send customized “to do list” boards to homes that sell in the zip codes of your choice. Each week I will give you a list of the addresses of the homes that received your gift and letter.
Another option is a customized coffee mug with a ring of information about your church attached to it.
You choose the design and 16 oz mug that you want mailed to new movers. Along with your church’s logo, you may choose to have a QR code that links to your church’s website or a message from the pastor. Attached to the mug is a ring of information about your church, which may include core values, small groups, student ministry, children’s ministry, and upcoming events. You are not required to purchase dozens of mugs upfront. The cost, including shipping, to mail out each gift mug is $19.95.
